Scouts & Books Qualification -

• Applicant must be a president’s Look or Information Ranger or Rover or Himalayan Timber Logo Owner or a Pre – HWB Qualified scout innovator or Innovative Qualified Information or Leader or Leader.

• Applicant must have been an effective participant of Scouts Company for at least 03 decades in the last and should keep be effective.

• Applicant must have joined at least one occasion at Nationwide Stage and 1 or 2 activities at State Stage. OR Should have a excellent history of contribution in Scouts or Books actions at Unit/District Stage.
