Printout/Hard copy of the properly loaded Online Application Type finalized
under the announcement along with duplicates of necessary certificates/documents
etc. and the OPSC copy of Challan displaying payment of Application fee, to the
Unique Assistant, Odisha Community Support Percentage,19, Dr. P.K. Parija
Street, Cuttack -753001 so as to achieve the same in the workplace of the OPSC
on or before 12 Goal 2014 by Authorized Post/Speed Post/Courier Support.
